party and Qumaron is not liable for any such third party terms and conditions and their use

Certain Services that Qumaron may offer, such as multiplayer gaming, social networking and gaming
console services, may use third party services to provide authentication for the Services with
a gaming console ID, social networking ID or gaming network account. In connection

Children Privacy Protection
The Services comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through
the Services. In addition, in the event that a user identifies himself or herself
as a child under the age of 13 within the Services or in connection with
any Content or Software, Qumaron will not collect, store or use any personal information
of such user. Further, in the event that Qumaron receives personal information that Qumaron
discovers was provided by a child under the age of 13, Qumaron will promptly delete such
personal information in a secure manner.
California Online Privacy Act Compliance
Because Qumaron values your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions
to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act.
We therefore will not distribute your PII to outside parties without your consent
in case such information is collected by Qumaron.
