1. I didn’t receive my purchase. What should I do?
If you made in-app purchase but a game didn't unlock or you didn't receive in-game resources, check confirmation of this purchase from your app store (Apple App Store / Google Play Market / Amazon) on your email.
If you have not received such a mail, then paying transaction was failed. In this case, you need to contact your bank.
Based on capabilities of QUMARON SERVICES LIMITED, we can make a refund that were made after May 1, 2018. All purchases aren’t refundable that were made before this date.
If the purchase was made after May 1, 2018, please fill out this form https://qumaron.kayako.com/en-us/conversation/new/22. Indicate a name of the game, a date of purchase, a reason for refund and upload a screenshot of email with confirmation from Google Play Market. We will consider your request within 3 days.
Purchases in games Jane's Farm: interesting game (Farm Up! HD), Divine Academy, Farm Mania: Silk Road :
Go to the “Support” section in the game settings and fill out the appropriate form.
Note! We reserve the right to reset your game progress for abuse of refund of purchases in these games.
3. Who processes in-app purchases?
Our company doesn't process payments and doesn't have access of your credit card data. All transactions with payments are completed through Apple App Store, Google Play Market or Amazon. You will receive an email from your app store with confirmation after each successful purchase.
4. I made accidental in-app purchase. Can I get a refund?
Note! If no more than 48 hours have passed since the date of accidental purchase, you can request a refund.
