You can visit your neighbors farms and give them a hand with their garden: water the plants, or clean the lawn. Doing this will give you rewards.

To add neighbors you must connect Farm Up to your Facebook account. Your friends who already play the game will show up as neighbors in the game automatically.

What do I do if during the purchase of golden coins my Internet connection went off and I didn't get the coins while spending real money from my account?

You should write to the iTunes support team to get your money back

I have lost all my progress in the game, lost all my in-game currency and buildings.

For the time being you can do as follows: write to the iTunes support to get back the money you have spent on the game. Or you can contact our support team and get a bonus pack with lots of resources and gold coins as a compensation.
